AHA (Artificial Human Assistant) is operated at dailyassist.xyz. AHA is a desktop-only assistant for Mac and Windows computers. It helps you use your computer when you ask. It is not offered for phones, tablets, or other mobile devices.

By downloading, installing, or using AHA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

  • What AHA does: AHA assists with tasks you request on your own machine. You remain responsible for all content you create and all actions taken through your accounts and applications.
  • Lawful use: You will use AHA only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of any website or application you use. You will not use AHA to send spam, malware, or unauthorized bulk messaging.
  • Accounts & license: Some features require a dailyassist.xyz account and a valid license key. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • Optional API keys: Some tasks may use an API key from Google, OpenAI, or another provider you choose. Keys are stored locally on your device unless you enable optional cloud sync you consent to separately.
  • Intellectual property: AHA software, flows, and branding are owned by the operator of dailyassist.xyz. You receive a limited license to use the software for personal or commercial use according to your subscription plan.
  • Disclaimer: AHA is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect vision matching, or outcomes on third-party websites. Interface changes on those sites may require product updates.
  • Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AHA, including lost revenue or account restrictions imposed by third parties.
  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or abuse of our services.
  • Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how dailyassist.xyz and the AHA desktop app handle information.

  • Account data: If you sign in, we use Firebase Authentication (email, Google sign-in) and may store your user profile in Supabase (user id, email, license status). This is used to activate your license.
  • Payment data: Payments are processed by our payment partners (e.g. Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree). We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
  • Local data on your computer: AHA stores settings under ~/.aha/ (or the Windows equivalent), local working files as needed for your tasks, and optional API keys in local config. Routine assistance does not send your screen content to our servers for AI generation.
  • Screen and vision: When you ask AHA to help with a task that uses vision, the desktop app may capture screenshots of your display (or browser region) and, if you configured one, send them to your chosen AI provider using your API key. We do not use your API keys on our servers. You can revoke Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions in your OS settings at any time.
  • Optional cloud sync: If enabled, some metadata or files may sync to Supabase Storage under your account, protected by row-level security.
  • Cookies (website): dailyassist.xyz may use cookies for sign-in sessions and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser.
  • We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.
  • Your rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data we hold by emailing support@dailyassist.xyz.

Security Policy

  • Local server: The companion UI talks to a server bound to 127.0.0.1 on your machine, with a session token for sensitive routes.
  • Transport: Website and API traffic use HTTPS/TLS where applicable.
  • Secrets: Do not commit API keys or service account JSON to git. Rotate keys if exposed.
  • Reporting issues: Email support@dailyassist.xyz with security concerns.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refund window: New subscriptions may qualify for a 7-day refund if you contact support within 7 days of purchase and have not extensively used paid features.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Delivery Policy

AHA is delivered digitally — no physical shipping.

  • Download: After purchase, download the Mac or Windows desktop app package from dailyassist.xyz or receive a link by email. No mobile app is provided.
  • License: Your license key is issued by email or shown in your account dashboard.
  • Support: If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact support@dailyassist.xyz.
